Weight loss patches?!

Really? This is the first time I am hearing about it. Hmm..it is probably more reliable and effective to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle, with appropriate exercise. Who knows if these fats melted away will come back in a few days time or not?

I haven't tried them but I'd just like to warn you to use common sense; anything that comes in a patch can be very risky to use so be very careful not to overdo it and be sure to know just what's in it so you don't get the same ingredients somewhere else and get an accidental overdose.

I've heard of them, but wouldn't trust them. Too many thinks have been linked to patches. Quiet smoking - most people vomit because the nicotine is too high. Birth control - yeah right, I knew one person that got preganent because it didn't stick to her skin and another that went into the emergancey room because of the high hormones. I don't think that "the patch" in anything is good.

I mean really think about it. It's high powered whatever that is on the skin surface and has to penatrate into your system. How safe does that really sound?
