I like painting because you just concentrate on what you do and forget everything else, all the problems, past and future. But that's the most important thing about removing tension, it will go away if you stop thinking about the thing that it's causing it. That's why I like writing too.You can emerge yourself in a completely different world and after a while you are going to feel like you belong in that new world and all your troubles will go away. The bed part is when you have to stop writing ar painting and then you have to go back to normal life. | |

Pretty much anything you enjoy doing will remove tension. Painting, reading, music, video games, movies and much more can work.:) If you get really into what you are doing and concentrate on it you will find a lot of tension is gone when you are finished.
