Hi gqlxiaogou.

If your computer having problem with shutdown, so you can use this shortcut key to legally shutdown your computer. You click "start" and next click "Run" and in the Run texts column you type "shutdown -s -t 00" and click "OK".

It will legally while automatically shutdown your computer.

And your computer now need to perform the maintenance routine by implementing "Disk Cleanup" and "Disk Defragmentation".
