if these people HAVE found a way to make sooo much money without doing anything why do they share their secrets with millions of people who will pay them big $$$$$$$$ to learn their secret? thats going to make their work harder because there will betoo many of them p.s i know their secret and im gonna tell you how to get rich-- be immoral and charge people thosuands of dollars for information or books they could have found out for free thats how they make their money! haha

The reason they have seminars is that they are in the business of sell you their secrets; not selling real estate. For the most part what they teach is sugar coated but useful. The problem is what they charge thousands for you can learn for free by going to the library and to real estate clubs.

I can actually tell you their "secret"... it is called a lease option...they find people who really need to sell a house, and then they rent it from them, sublease it to someone else for more $$$ and when it comes time to buy it from the original seller for the price in the contract, you can actually sell it for more...you can also find a venture partner to finance & you do all the work & split the profits it's confusing to say the least...the average person could not buy one of those books and understand it at all without a deep understanding of real estate laws and practices... the only ones worthwhile are the ones you actually hire an investor coach who shows you how to get started and has the contacts already...even then, it is not as easy as they make it look on tv!
