What Do 49ers Have to Do To Turn It Around

There has been talk that the 49ers are looking for a GM something they don't currently have. I guess Nolan sort of is, but they need someone who can focus on just that. I'm not sure about Alex Smith, I hoped he would have looked better and more sure by now. It doesn't help they had to change offensive coordinators and he has different receivers each year. I hope the rest of the season they let him play and he shows some improvement. They need to use Vernon Davis more now that he's healthy. We spent a lot of money in the offseason and that should equal to more then 3 wins.
