How often do you rest your eyes when you are posting on My Lot?

When you are posting on My Lot, do you find that your eyes hurt or that you have to rest your eyes often to keep them from hurting? How long can you post on My Lot before your eyes start to hurt? Most times when I am posting on My Lot, I have to rest my eyes occasionally. Especially, if it's after dark and I'm using room lights. It's easier to keep rested eyes, if I post during the day time, because I can open a window and work by sunlight. Much more restful for the eyes. And, luckily my computer screen doesn't face the window, so I don't get too much glare. How about you?

For me, I am usually multi-tasking at my computer, not just posting on myLot. I have made it a habit to look out of the window every few minutes just to get a break for my eyes. If I get too engrossed and fail to do that, my eyes start to hurt like you mentioned.

That's a really good idea.

I am on myLot while doing a lot of other things. So I guess I naturally take my break like that. I can't stay focused on myLot that long because I get easily sidetracked. I end up talking to my friends on AIM and catching up with shows I have DVRed. But, on the other hand, I find myLot's website somewhat bright I tend to dim the brightness on my computer screen because of that. I guess thats just my personal preference. Anyone else find the website bright?

Well I usually got many headaches when sitting in front of the old CRT monitor but now I have TFT and the situation is better. I just rest my eyes in about every hour. I do this because looking all the time in the monitor is not good for the eyes and you could get headache if you have CRT monitor as I mentioned before.
