Click on the green link on the left that says "edit your preferences." Once you get to that page you'll see a section marked New Avatar. Click the browse button and pick the file you want to use. Then scroll down and click update. You're all set with your new avatar...

On the left side of your screen, you simply have to click customize your profile. Or simply go to this link: http://www.mylot.com/nr/editcustomize.aspx
