Calorie consiousness

often we having some snacks though we are calorie consious and may be unaware of what to do exactly to get rid of those extra calories. Here is the list of the calories in each snack and how toshed them out.
Chocolate Pastry-Wt.100gms-Calories.1360-Sheddingout-One hou of Garden work
Chicken fry-Wt.150gms-Calories-250-Mopping the floor for atleast half an hour.
Chocolate Gelato-Wt.150gms-Calories.234-Waliking for 45 minutes.
Sweets-Big size(2nos)-Calories.170-Dancing for atlest 30 minutes.
Veg noodles-1 bowl-Calories.395-Swimming for 30 minutes.

Hi & Hello, vsraovsr .
That was why I was admitted to the hospital for 7 days due to my high level of cholesterol, even though I was underweight. My body metabolic rate does not reciprocate my fat burning rate and the cholesterol level. 7 days warded was a long time waiting for me. That is why now I always eat one clove garlic in the morning and one more for night time.
I put a lot of compound garlic in microwave, set timer not more than 3 minutes - finished and let the heat/hot lost naturally, put it in one container and stock it in fridge. Now it just like cookies/biscuits for me. No more unpleasant smell and my family member enjoy to eat baked garlic or my kids said/called it as "micro-garlic".
