What is the Biggest Prejudice in the World Today?

With the current presidential race heating up it caused me to wonder what the biggest prejudice that is facing the world?
I think prejudice against homosexuality is one of the biggest prejudices facing the world todaay.

its either toward really physically disabled folks or crazy people
its a coin toss I think
its very unfair and has to change, one way or the other
