I searched the net about nasal blockage, cleaning the nose, rhinitis and stuff which eventually led me to jala neti and how it can clean the nasal passage. It's an interesting thing but i can't find any Filipino teachers or expert on this. I haven't consulted a doctor on this yet though but am still interested. I want to try it but with proper guidance. I also heard that yoga practitioners do this? I don't know which kind of yoga though... I think it was also shown on Oprah too... There's some videos in Youtube too... So who have heard about this jala neti (nasal irrigation)? Have you tried it? How was it?
