Whats your favorite Iced Earth album?  | |  I would vote for dark Saga! A great album from the start to the end, with fast and slow songs, thundering rhymes, melody and great lyrics. The Spawn concept was a spectacular base for a spectacular album! I also liked Alive In Athens, as a live album it had everything anyone would ask for!

| Metallideth (355) | 10 months ago | That's the one thing about Night of the Stormrider that I didn't care for was the mixing. I believe the vocals were all or at least mostly on one side with some of the instruments and the other channel was all music. I like it a little more evenly spread usually, but it's still great.
Violate from Dark Saga is a great song. That's the one I think of when I hear about that album. I like Tim Owens as their new vocalist and their last two albums were cool but I'd like 'em to get a little more thrashier, then it would be perfect (in my opinion, of course, not that I'm complaining or anything either). That would be awesome. | |
