Scanning your paychecks as proof of payment without voiding them

Last Friday, I recieved my requested check of $2.50 by Paypal in my mailbox as I came home. Also, I still remember that most of you here have pictures of your paycheck scanned as proof of payment, so I decided to do the same. But before I begin, have you scanned your paychecks to show proof of payment that you got paid? Because I just want to see if the real check can still be accepted in the bank even after being scanned? Also, how did you scan your checks and not have them show the word "Void" on your proof of payment?

Scanning will not affect the check an any way. As for "void" showing up when scanning you can always just take a picture of it with a camera if you are worried about that. I have scanned a lot of checks and I don't remember any of them coming at with "void" on them. If you do scan the check and the scan comes out with "void" on it you can just take a picture and then upload them onto your computer. That's what I did when my scanner wasn't working. Good Luck :)
