| |  Maybe you could try Dreamweaver? I believe that is now under Adobe. It use to be under Macromedia if you look for a past version. Its pretty balanced and can work with Flash, Fireworks and Freehand. Or you could use other graphics programs to some extent.

it's a free software.. Dreamweaver is expensive enough for a softare :)
