On the sims2 how do you get the sims to paint your picutures saved on your Pc?

I heard that you get your sims to paint your picutures on you pc, but I don't know where to store my pics at in the sims2 games. I have pets, University, nightlife, and Sims2 first game. I always use my sims2 pets for the game though. help someone.

Where do you get all your Sim information? :-) I love the game, but I've never heard about any of the things you post about :-D
