Philip Rivers Hurt in Chargers Game

Starting QB Philip Rivers is hurt in the Chargers game against the Titans.
If Rivers is out for a significant time it will hender the Chargers chances in the playoffs. Although, Rivers isn't having a great year.
If the Chargers don't go far in the playoffs, does Norv Turner get fired?

I'm sorry our boys hit Rivers so hard. I know that's the nature of football but man! That looked like it hurt!
I don't know if Turner could get fired. I hope not. That would be sad.
