The book was Montana Sky. It was by Nora Roberts. This was the first book I have ever read by her and it was really good. The descriptions of Montana make me want to visit. It sounds so beautiful. Has anyone else read this book or others by her? How were they? Can you suggest to me a few good titles?

Yes I can. I love her books as well. There is a series she has written. It tends to be more toward fantasy. The books are a trilogy. The Circle trilogy. Morrigans Cross,Dance of the Gods and Valley of Silence. She is a versatile author.Roberts really develops her characters. Makes you almost feel like you become part of her stories.

Thank-you for the titles I am going to the library tomorrow to look for these. I keep wishing there was a sequel to Montana Sky. i want to know what is going on in their lives now.I just couldn't put the book down. Then I was sad when I finished it.

THat's what makes a book a good read. Wanting more. If not, almost like you wasted some time. What I like are the books that are so good you read them in one sitting. Cant sleep pick it up start reading, next thing its morning. lol

Red Lily by her,you can have a look if you like. recently i'm reading Sherlock Holmes which was very pop on the early last century in UK and even many other countries. personally, to some extent, reading a story from a book is more attractive than watching the same story on TV. do you agree with me? what do you think? happy posting!

I've read a few of her trilogies, and since I leaned more towards paranormal, my favorite is her circle trilogy, (Morrigan's Cross, Dance of the Gods and Valley of Silence). Its about a unique group (a witch, a wizard, a warrior, a scholar, a shapeshifter and a vampire) that was brought together to fight an evil vampire queen who sought to destroy the world. I thoroughly enjoyed that trilogy, especially the last one. Another one that I think shows promise is her Sign of the Seven trilogy (Blood Brothers, The Hollow and Pagan Stone). I haven't read the last one yet, but its about three best friends and their partners and their fight against a demon that torments their town.

I haven't read that one. I love her books. My favorite is her In the Garden trilogy. The books are Blue Dahlia, Black Rose, and Red Lily.
