I tried to get a good sleep at night, but I cant I dont know why. Im drinking milk before going to bed, but it wont help. What advise can you give me to have a very good sleep at night.

I really get a good and sound sleep at night.. I think its all about how u r.. if the mind is peaceful. there is no way a person cant get a good sleep..tention is also a factor of no sleep

hi most of people told that a glass of hot milk before bed gives good sleep but i never experienced it.but i had sound sleep when i get tierd and iam happy with the day.so dont think to much and be relax and be happy.

Do not sleep during the day .Avoid caffeine.Exercise well.Take a warm shower before you go to bed.Breath deep and even.

1. Eat on time and do not overeat or undereat.
2. Do exercises everyday for 45 min. to 1 hr.
3. Drink 3 litres of water everyday
4. Put all the worries on a pice of paper or book, so that you can tackle next day (means night sleep is peaceful).
5. Try to make a habit to sleep at right time and for 7 to 8 hours depending on your body consitituion. Try to get up at a fixed time(with the help of alarm).

ssh123,firstly,thanks very much for your kindly advices though it's not specially for me,for you mentioned point 4 and 5,i feel very impressed.For point 4,it's really a good way to solve your worries,i never did it before,yet,i will try to do as what you said from now on,i think it will be workable; For point 5,i would say it's great cause previously(including now),i never use alarm clock(except some top urgent matters),i think i can wake on time,yet,subconciously in my mind,i tell myself i must get up on certain time,thus,i can not sleep very well,i realised this point until now,i will start to use alarm clock from today.very thanks!

Well,your question is very good,yet,different person have different answers,in my opinion,the following is very important:
1)Keep a very good mood;
2)Don't eat too much otherwise if you give much digesting pressure to you stomach.
3)Don't some proper exercises,such as fast walking in your residential area,the exercises will make you feeling a little tired,it will help you sleep well.
4)Drinking a cup of milk.
5)Don't think about too many tiring subjects,tell yourself you can think about it tomorrow after you getting up.
6)Try to not sleep working time
7)Sleep regularly;
