| i enjoy sleeping very much. in fact if i don't get my usual quota at night, i am really groggy the next day. i also love my sunday afternoon sleep. especially, after a hearty lunch. but the problem comes after waking up. i find myself moody, irritable, and often depressed for no reason. i do have these strange dreams, where i want to wake up, but i feel so very helpless to do so. i find that my senses do not obey my will... all this makes my after-sleep mood very bad. i find myself snapping at everyone for no reason. so, these days, i have bid a goodbye to my afternoon siestas and spend that time watching boring movies in the television instead. | | | | | |

| | hmmmm...that's strange. you should be rested so you shouldn't be cranky after sleep. i also like to take naps in the afternoon, and yeah, right after lunch like you. i feel so sleepy after a full meal. but what i usually feel when i wake up is that i feel so tired. but this is usually helped by a cold shower. that would perk me up and then i would be fine. anyway, i think the bad dreams are caused by your full stomach. how full are you when you lie down to rest? amybe you should cut down on your food intake, or if not, try to walk around the house a little before hitting the sack. that way, your body has started digesting the food already before it hits rest mode. sweet dreams! :-) | | | | | | |
