can any body tell me about free internet telephony??

some of my friends are outside of my country. and when ever i call them tariff is extrimly high. can any body tell me about free call through internet wold wide. it should be totally free. no software required.

Nothing comes free, you try with Yahoo Messenger and you have to purchase a web camera thru it you can see person in the US if they have the camera with them.

Gizomcall is rather good free call .you can make free call without software .also there are webpage to make call and send free short massage .the short message is a good service ,you can try it !but there is limition to the region of you ,many countries can get the free service ,youcan check it!
