Some children are musical prodigies while others memorize their time tables by the age of 2. Some kids are born athletes, and others paint like Monet. So what talents do your children posess?

My son is gifted academically, according to the tests at school. He tested gifted across the board, reading, writing, science and math.
He is a wonderful child. However, it is no easy task raising a smart child, they can truly be a handful.

My oldest son is great with legos and kinex. He can put a large set together in a couple of hours. He's had the roller coster, the ferris wheel, and some other sets.
Everyone is always amazed at how fast he can complete a lego set. It would take me a week to put some of those sets together, and I'd end up with "extra" pieces.

My son has terrific memory power and my father-in-law used to tell me that he has a photo mirror effect in him. At the age of 4, he could do a lot of puzzle. At 6 he could remember a calender of past or future for 50 years. In Hinduism there are two great epics which he has comlletely read and remembers it from every angle and can give lectures on it. But he is lethargic when it comes to demonstration of the same. So also at school within mintues he calculates his answer script and tells the teacher that the total is wrong - mostly if he has been giver higher marks, he gets it corrected to correct total. He has the potential to score 100 percent marks, but always scores around 80 percent saying that he has no patience.

I have four children and they are all gifted in different ways.
My oldest is a very hard worker. He took one welding class in high school. When he graduated, he got a job welding and he is now the head welder for this company. He hasn't even been there for a year yet and the only welding that they will put on display is the welding he does.
My next son is very smart (I don't know where that came from) and he is also very athletic. He always has a grade point average of at least 96 or higher. He has tons of trophys for wrestling and football. He just this weekend received a scholar athlete plaque at a tournament.
My next son is a wonderful basketball player. He just took to it and is awesome. He has many tropheys also.
My daughter is very talented in art. She can draw anything you ask her to. She is also a basketball whiz like her brother.
