By definition,I am obese.By the mirror,I am fat.Without going into reasons,exercise is not an option.I am wondering if people have had any success with a ny particular fat burner or metabolism increase?Any over-the-counter recommendations besides pushing away from the table?

Hello,lonewolfnan!obesity is taking near alarming proportions in urban areas.this leads to high rates of diabetes and heart problems.lifestyle changes are to be blamed.if you are serious about your obesity first you change your consumption habits.you replace junk foods with healthy,testy alternatives,cut down on fatty foods,colas and sweets,coffee and salt,quit cigarette and alcohol.include planty of whole grains,lean meat{chicken and fish}fresh vegetables and sprouts in your daily diet.take a 20/30 minutes walk every day.this will do better for you if followed.thank you.good luck.

Thank you for your quick response.I do eat a high protein diet,have cut additional salts and sugars completely,had my last cigarette 35 years ago,my last alcohol was Nov 17/06(just don't want any)and have made gains in my fight.The option of exercise and walks is one I can not do and while i eat certain veggies,there are many of the "good" ones (sprouts,cabbage,broccili)I am unable to keep down.These amongst other reasons are why I am now looking to change the outer look of the body.I am looking for insight into fat burners etc as a way to get rid of the fat and skin.Thank you though for some great ideas.
