As long as we all eat healthily and a variety of food types it isn't essential. Young babies and children up until they have enough food in a day to have a healthy diet it is essential. Pregnant women should also have some milk in their diet to help their unborn baby(s) develop well. Having too much milk can also cause problems, which is the same with everything. Its ok to eat sweet foods and greasy foods, aslong as you dont have your whole diet full of those sorts of foods. ~Joeys wife
