how many has a paypal account?

I have got a paypal account but I recently went to the page and it said my account was not verified and it said I have to have a bank account well I don't have one of them so I was wondering if any of you has got that message and what does it mean?

YOu can either have a bank account or you can have a credit card. The verification charge is levied by paypal but it is put back into your account once you do the transaction with paypal. I have a paypal account which is a verified account and I gave them my credit card account number for verification.
