Creating a healthier you through natural/herbal remedies  

Hi, thanks for coming over and share your experience with using natural remedies. May I ask what kind you use? I have no doubt about the potency of natural/herbal remedies as I really believe in them, and in fact can be used in more ways than one, like what you just pointed out. You have actually used it for the main purpose of your thyroid problem and then get the benefit of other things as well, such as that of losing weight. And I believe these natural remedies do work in so many ways and not just on one single problem.

Hi Lori, I'm glad to share with you natural remedies that I use. I would just give one now, though, for it will take me a long time to enumerate them one by one and give all their possible remedies.

One, I really like virgin coconut oil, also known as VCO, otherwise known as the miracle oil. This oil works and is used for so many ailments, health benefits, helps even some life threatening illnesses, heck, I've heard can cure almost all kinds of diseases.

I have used VCO and personally testify that it works for me to strengthen my immune system. I have always had weak immune system, always suffer from the flu, colds, coughs, many times in a year. If I were around a sick person, I would always catch it. Now, amazingly, I seldom get sick anymore, even when people around me keep getting sick. Not only that, I find myself have more energy, cures my indigestion and hyperacidity. It also helps in losing weight. I find myself waking up earlier and having basically a good night sleep, only makes me sleep in short span of time compared to before. And, I use it on my face, as I have some allergies and pimples. It does dry up my pimples, make my skin glow, lessen my allergies, and clears up my face. And I think it's even good for wrinkles. I am starting to have a couple in between my brows and now it has visibly lessen. I find my face regain elasticity. Now, I have only used VCO for less than a month, and I am sure will find more improvements in my life.

Wow that is wonderful that you have found this remedy and is sharing it with us here. I have never heard of VCO but now I will research more on it an seek out the benefit that it can bring for me personally. I love natural remedies and self healing rather than taking a lot of pills prescribed by the doctors...I hate flu shots any kind of shots for that matter...I hate needles...so if you found something that can prevent me from catching what others have hey I give it a go before taking the shots...

Hi cartoon, dear. No problem about my sharing of natural remedies. I can attest to the good use of VCO. The only thing is, if you can actually take it through mouth and swallow the oil, then you will have no problem. It is recommended to take 2 to 3 tablespoon once or twice daily. I know what you mean by prescribed meds.
