What Ethnic Foods Do You Love To Eat?

A friend of mine recently told me that she was craving schnitzel. That is one ethnic food that I have never tasted before. I do like a variety of ethnic foods including Chinese, filipino eggrolls, Jewish food including matzo, matzo balls, potatoe pancakes, kugel, and more. So what ethnic foods do you like to eat?

I love Chinese food. We just went to a Chinese restaurant for lunch yesterday...it had be a while...it was so yummy. I also love Mexican which we eat a few times a month. My favorite though is homemade Italian cooking.

Ill try everything at least once. But so far I love indian (india) food, italian, greek, mexican, chinese, german (at least some of it). I know there's many more out there that I would LOVE to try and maybe someday I will get the chance LOL
