This is because F1 cars have faster speed than Moto GP's motorbikes and when we watch racing, the main element we look for is SPEED. Besides, I think cars have better design and sleekness to them compared to motorcycles. Personally, I can admire a car's design for hours but not for motorcycles. Also, overtaking in F1 is also harder to do and rarer to get, so each overtaking maneuvre is more awesome to see; Moto GP overtaking maneuvres happen so often that it's more of a norm than something special. Overall, that's what I feel personally as a racing fan.
