how to study cisco well

i am a student studying cisco now .and next year i will exam the CCNA certificate in JInan.i think i can ,but there are some questiones that i don't understand.why two vlan can't communicate in a switch .?and why two computer which in one network address can't plot out vla?could you tell me ?thanks!

vlan is a L3,and sw is L2.another question i am sorry ,i cound't see understand.

cisco is very contextual ei... you can try various test engines with different questions... that will be a lot of help in the CCNA exam... still dont know the answers for your questions in vlan? i will respond if you dont, but i doubt it... :)

Try studying using Video tutorials. You can also join forums so you can ask questions on things that you do not understand. It is very effective.
