Buying Referrals

I already know of Bux, but does anyone know of any other PTC (paid to click) sites where you can referrals? What do you think about this? Sites that lets you buy referrals from them.

ElClub3000 lets you buy referrals as well, but I didn't have much luck with it, I had one referral from before and I bought 3 more. They all turned out to de inactive, so I'm back to my only original referral. I don't think I'll be buying more referrals at any site, snif...

I would NOT suggest buying referrals from anywhere; there's no gaurantee that they'll be active, so it may cost you more money than you'll earn from those referrals.
