Is there really such a thing and how does it works? I'm planning to loose some weight. I have heard this negative calorie diet. In which a certain food have a calorie content and the body will supposedly burn much more than the said calorie of that food. I am just curios, is there really some truth about this diet? Comments please.. Thanks a lot!!!

lot of food you can use burn calories, try to be vegetarian, eat fresh fruit & drink juices it will be good to you, or try a cinnamon tea with honey, just boil cinnamon like a tea & put honey, taste will be little wierd but good to burn fat.

Nope. You shouldn't become vegetarian. Actually in vegetarian food, they add more oil and spices to spice up the food. You shouldn't eat any starch, such as rice, noodles, bread (unless wholemeal bread).
