Surprise Care Bear Toy CARDS

Ok so my daughter received a Care Bear toy and its called Surprise Care Bear It is supposed to have cards with it. The bear has a YES hand and a NO hand. You play the guessing game by picking a card then it asks you questions you answer yes or no by pressing one of the hands. My problem is I didn’t get the cards. If you have one of these can you please list the cards so I can make them? Or can you tell me what website I can order them from. I really appreciate any help I can get on this.
