You can refer people to your profile if you have a website or invite them to be your friends and then correspond by private mail.
As far as the program that you mention please note it is supposedly a scam. If you do a search "is payitforwardfor profit" you will find quite a few write-ups on it.

They say $5000 a month or $10000 a month doing nothing. It took some work to get to $300 a month but it has been worth it. | |
