When does a house becomes a home?

A house is always a house when the people dwells on it less observed its significance. Among of its significance is confined to happy and healthy family who dwells on it which in turn made the house becomes a home. Did your house becomes a home? If so, when and what are its significance?

You can say it a home when theres a family living inside that house. A house is a structure maybe it is for an animal or for a human being.

My house became a home the minute I moved into it. Sure it took some time for family memories to be made here but as soon as we were all moved in and our things were set up and we personalized it with our belongings it became our home. We are currently looking at buying a new house because we have plans to extend our family in the next couple of years but I am pretty sure the answer will be the same then. When my things are inside and I set it up to my liking and my children have their rooms with their stuff in it then it will just be our NEW home.
