Can you resist peer pressure???

I ask this question bcause the other day i was with a bunch of people who were doing something that i didnt want to do and they kept bugging me to try it and i was like no and they kept irritating me so i left.. but i wanted to try it to shut them up but i didnt ....
i was wondering if other people have a hard time resisting peer pressure//

I have no problem to do that, if id happen to end up in a situation similar to yours. But id think id do something smart, and like you just walk away.
If id feel pressed to do something id soon lose my patience and tell them i have no F*****G intention of doing it for various reasons. I would to that if the possibility to go anywhere isnt present. I have a very strong will but not so good patience.
