You do not need a credit card, the only reason you might need one is to verify your account, but you can do this with a bank account, depending on where you are. You can't take money directly out of your paypal with or without a credit card, if you have a bank account associated with it I believe you can transfer money to your bank account, but generally paypal is used more to buy other things online as well.

Yes you can be a member without having a card but you can not be a verified member without a credit card. That is what I know. As to whether you can withdraw your money, I think you can but you would not be able to purchase anything... I think... but I am not that sure. You may want to check with PayPal to be sure.

I have a premier account there and I have a credit and a debit card registered there and that is why I can't remember what if a member does not register any card. Sorry...

You need to have either a credit card or a debit card.
The payments need to be able to be payed through using the card details and without a card you cannot get a paypal account.
That is a stupid rule in my opinion though, because i think it should be able to be payed into a bank/building society account aswell as through card details.
Paypal also asks for a landline telephone number to activate the paypal account when you first open the account.

I don't have a credit card or debit card so,I don't know how I'm gonna use the money I make here on mylot.You can sign up for the account because I did.If you find out let me know,I mean if you can use the money without a card.I always wondered.
