What is your watch of choice? I currently have an ECO-drive watch, which works off light. I had to charge it up when I first got it, but, it has been running now for over a year and has kept good time.

I wear different watches for different environments and different activities and events. My everyday watch is a Timex Indiglo Double Chronograph. The Indiglo feature is nice and gets a lot of us when I work nights. I like the double time-keeping when I am on a journey so that I know what time it is back home so I don't call friends and family at 3:00 in the morning! It is also water resistant to 200 meters so I have used it for SCUBA, the Indiglo can come in handy in darker waters too. I have several nicer/dressier watches that I wear on special occasions. I have a TAG Heuer 1500 that I used to wear as my everyday watch when I was working corporate gigs. I still wear it some to nice but less formal events. It too is seriously water-resistant and has an adjustable bezel, but I don't want to use for diving or snorkeling. Then there are my very formal watches - an antique diamond Longines and of course the requisite white&yellow gold Date-Just Rolex. I also have several antique gold pocket watches, one a very finely crafted Elgin that was my Great-Grandfather's and still keeps perfect time after 125+ years. I occasionally wear it if I am in a vested suit.

I don't wear a watch at all. I just use my palm pilot or my cell phone to see what time it is.
