Proprietary Rights in Content on myLot myLot does not claim any ownership rights in the text, works of authorship, or any other materials that you post to the myLot website. After posting to the myLot website, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such content, and you continue to have the right to use your content in any way you choose. By publishing ("posting") any content on or through the myLot website, you hereby grant to myLot an irrevocable infinite life limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely on and through the myLot website and third party sites with whom myLot has distribution agreements. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the content posted by you on or through the myLot services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (ii) the posting of your content on or through the myLot services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any content posted by you to or through the myLot services.

Thanks for pointing that out. Now explain it please as I got lost after the first sentence. As the only language I speak is English I wonder what people with English as a second language understand of the above.
