Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay won worldwide
accalim in 1953, becoming first to scale Mount
Everest world's tallest peak, died at the age of 88.
I think Sir Ed will be remembered for ever as one of
the best and most versatile adventurers of the 20th
century.
