I laughed when I read this. How can a government agency defaulted in its payment? "Late payments have resulted in telecommunications carriers actually disconnecting phone lines established to deliver surveillance results to the FBI, resulting in lost evidence, including an instance where delivery of intercept information required by a ... FISA order was halted due to untimely payment," the audit said. I guess the US have been doing too much of spy work until the FBI could not afford to pay the bill anymore. LOL! What do you think of this? Read more: http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20080110/od_uk_nm/oukoe_uk_security_fbi;_ylt=AlFuM7YUMslyqs4ZXj5W8fPtiBIF

Its so funny it sounds like something that would happen in a movie but it actually happened in real life. I have heard some police refer to the FBI as the Federal Bureau of Idiocracy, maybe they are right. Forgetting to pay the phone bill especially for such a high profile case is unbelievable. Its scary that our highly trained anti-terrorist teams don't have the common sense to be double checking that someone is paying the bills, they must have received multiple disconnect notices.
