5 cents per sign up (would you join)

If you got paid to sign up at "get paid to" programs for 5 cents for each active sign up would you join?When i mean active i mean you have clicked a few links and have been active for a week or so.
If not tell me why.

5 cents would simply not be enough to entice me. I know sites where I get 50 cents simply for referring someone, so 5 cents would not make it worth it.
