A friend gave me some platic eyes and while I couldn't sleep I thought of putting my sons name in as the teeth.:)

gosh I dont have any idea. Havent carved a pumpkin in a long time and my child isnt old enough to understand the whole halloween idea yet

You might try www.familyfun.com. They usually have great ideas on lots of things. I haven't tried it for pumpkin carvings, but it is worth a shot! Good luck!
