 I have seen this movie like about 100 times and can still watch it like I've never watched it. How many times have you watched it? Would you do anything like what Julia Roberts does for her best friend who she is also crazy about??

| piggywiggy (46) | 1 year ago |  i forgot how many times i've seen this flick but it doesn't fail to make me cry. especially the part where julia and her best friend was dancing and he was singing "the way you look tonight" it makes me feel that yes, in reality there are times where you cannot tell someone how much you love that person and you just have to keep it for yourself because you just wish for that person's happiness. and you have to let go even if it means not wishing happiness for yourself.

This situation has happened to me. As a matter of fact, after we watched the movie, we made the same pact. But over time, we just became better friends and stayed platonic.
Just goes to show you, movies are just that - movies not reality.
