Yes, I have tried many things but in vain. Here I would like to mention only one of which the immediate after math had been disastrous!! Once I had tried to cut my own hair. I arranged for the pair of scissors and the right kind of combs. With a professional look and a likely robe I got set to cut my hair. But Bala, it was hell of a task and I couldn't manage it at all. I fidgeted, missed and almost cut my fore finger. It was a complete mess! I successfully proved to be the worst hairdresser ever. lol.. I even tried to be a tailor at some point in time and ended up spoiling some good drapes. But then it was a compromise I made on money unlike the hair one where I had to compromise on my look for some months!!

Not me ,but my husband is always trying to do projects around the house and sometimes they don't come out to good. Sometimes saving money is not a very good idea. It depends on how big or small is the project.

Ha, ha, ha, only everytime I have permed my own hair. It ends up breaking off like crazy. Then I get mad and cut it all off and start all over again. But this time, no one is going to perm my hair at all. I am just letting it grow wild, LOL. And it is long thick, wavy, and beautiful.
