Why do Japanese eat with chopsticks?

May be: 1. They do not want to use their because the food is hot and the fork and spoon would not taste as good as sticks... 2. They do not want to use both hands while eating since chopsticks only require one hand. 3. Serioulsy, I have no idea too. LOL
