Hello Bd200789,
Yes, I always vote in both the primary and the general election. If you have logistical or procedural questions, you can always call your County Clerk, or Dem/GOP County Party Headquarters. Both should be listed in your phone book. Although you can always connect with your county party headquarters by searching out the national party on the internet.
For me personally, the primary is just as important as the general! Although, our state primary is always late, compared to other states. So, it's not like our voiced are all that significant. By the time we have our state's primaries, the national choice for nominees has pretty well been all but set in stone by the earlier primaries. Oh well, I still vote in the primaries anyway!

Absolutely! It's a part of the process, such as it is. If you have a problem finding a way to the polls or there's any other reason it will be difficult for you to get there simply call and ask for an absentee ballot. They're not really hard to get and it makes it much easier.
