"Love Gun" -- I think it has the highest ratio of great songs of any KISS album I've heard; title track, "Love for Sale", "Almost Human", etc.
"KISS" is a close second, though.

My favorite? It'd have to be "Creatures of the Night". Running a real close second is "Rock 'n' Roll Over". And right behind that would be "Lick It Up".
