Help please....Not sure how to get my blog on MyLot

Ok first and fore most. I am computer challenged. I need some help here. I have applied to do a blog for here on MyLot, now I am a bit confused how this works. I am reading what they are saying, going to my profile to do what they ask, yet the confusion is still the same. Is there an easy, for the computer challenged way to do this? Any help is great. Thank you. I do have my starting to the blog but now need to complete it so the spiders can find it and bundle it up in their little web. hehe.
