The movie is just great! Its about 2 man who's sick of cancer and theyre given by the doctor months or even a year to live. Jack Nicholson is a billionaire and started earning money since age 16, dont have his own family and is living wiht his assistant. while Morgan Freeman is an ordinary guy with a family. They shared the same room in the hospital owned my Jack. One day Morgan is writing his Bucket list, things he wanted to do before he die...since Jack has all the money, they went aheant and pursue whats on the list. The travelled the world, they did a lot of things together...they even talked about how theyre going to be buried, cremated or 6 ft under...then they dicided, they want to be cremated and their ashes be placed in a can and be buried in the mountains.
Its really a nice movie..a must-watch movie...iv added it in my list of all time faves!!!

Thanks for the review. I had thought that it would be one my husband and I might enjoy. I like that kind of movie. I like to have my heartstrings pulled, and this one sounds just like it would.

Thanks for that. I wanted to get the movie. Even ordered it through Columbia House and from what I can tell, they said they sent it, but I haven't seen it and kind of curious about watching it since it's the weekend and I'm off and all. I went to Amazon.com to check it out as well, and I caught on to some of it and it seems like something I want to sit down and watch. So I am trying to catch folks reactions and such and I really appreciate you for this.

I'm going to ask for a spoiler. What happened at the end? Did they show them both dying and sitting in urns? The critics kind of gave it bad reviews, but it looked good to me. I don't know what critics want. I think you have to be maudlin to get a good review now days.

I am so dying to see this movie, but I have to wait until it is released on DVD. Thank you for the wonderful review...and just watching the Trailers, I think it is thought provoking, in it's what I would like to do in my latter years. Need to find a friend like Morgan Freeman, tho...as I would be the female Jack Nicholson. Two best actors in the world, together, how lucky can we get?

If you have a lot of money and little time to live, what would you do? did you spend time with loved ones, you get depressed or you fulfill your wildest wishes ?!... theme is not new, the approach neither she, but "The Bucket List" is the kind of movie you want to see it and you throw in a barrel of melancholy. The movie offers no great images, has a brilliant screenplay, is not original ... but it's a movie that urges you to reflection, to introspection, I spur, is the kind of movie we need motivation from time to time. And certainly at least once each think of things that do not want to miss them ... the movie's fantasy life. It presents a story that has little chance of it happening in reality, but let it scare you. Bring up the old subject of regret at the end of the road, makes you reconstientizezi that life is but a sequence of moments experienced or missed and to instill that attitude contagious! distribution of choice is a happy ... Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman, two actors "heavy" fail to raise the film's strengths is speech Freeman and Nicholson's expressiveness. A movie not to be missed!
