can somebody help me how to play billiard?  | |  I've played billiard before because somebody taught me a little. But i wanted to know some more techniques, that's why im here to know if somebody could help me how to play billiard. I am very interested to this game. I am a girl but i guess it doesn't matter with my gender playing billiard.

| | | | | | | | 1.  gantwick (575) | 6 months ago |  It just takes practice. Start with the basics, and don't worry about trick shots or anything fancy. If you've taken any physics courses (one of the best pool "sharks" I knew was a graduate student in the Physics department at OSU back in the late 70s and early 80s), that helps, too (angles of reflection correspond to angles for bank shots). Then when you get better, try hitting the cue ball at different spots (makes it spin and go in different directions).

| gantwick (575) | 6 months ago | I was fortunate enough to have a pool table at home when I was in high school. My dad liked to play, and one day he decided to buy one. Pretty good strategy, actually. My parents knew where I was at night on the weekends. LOL | |

wat i mean is be creative don't just start with the basics combine it with wat you think is right wat you think is good to do..
you should practice with an opponent that you will have fun to play with because practicing alone is no fun at all.
don't get mad if you can't do things. just do it without thinking and it will just happen
everything is just up to wat you decide..
