She tried to kill her husband by lacing the meal with anti-freeze causing him to suffer brain damage and kidney failure.
Kate Knight, 28, formerly from Meir, Stoke-on-Trent in central England, was found guilty at Stafford Crown Court Tuesday of spiking her husband Lee's curry and red wine in 2005, causing him brain damage and kidney failure.
The prosecution claimed Mrs Knight decided to murder her husband after falling into debt from loans she had arranged without telling him. It claimed she hoped to cash in a payout from his employer on Mr Knight's death.
What do you think of that? She must have thought that she could get away with that...

Hi, shakeroo. How can she make him pay for something that she did? This was her mistake. She shouldn't have taken out any loans. This was her fault! She should have known better than to get herself into debt! This was her choice! And she should be the one to pay for her mistake too! It is so sad that her husband is blind and has Kidney Failure over her stupidity! I am glad that he is alive! It just was not meant for him to die!
