If someone wanted to open a barbershop or a nail or hair store, would it be hard to do, and what are somethings that they would have to expect or things that they will need, where would they start?

There's a chinese saying which roughly translates to "Starting a business is easy, keeping it alive is hard". Maybe a that first thing will be to understand all the legal requirements, cost, tax returns, etc After that, find a shop space in a location which will have a good flow of related customers. Then you find the money to last you for a year or two while things are slowly picking up. All the best!
